Our Philosophy

Every Lehmber piece is crafted with precision, culture, and meaning. We take great pride in our quality and craftsmanship.

If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — because being Grounded also means standing by what we create.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Limited-edition or collaborative pieces

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size adjustments

  • Color replacements (subject to availability)

To start an exchange, contact us before returning your item so we can reserve your new piece.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If your return does not meet our requirements, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

In those cases, we’ll issue a prepaid return label.

For approved exchanges, we cover the shipping of your replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for international return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect

Final Notes

Lehmber reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy requirements.

Repeated or excessive returns may result in account review or limited eligibility for future returns.
